By purchasing a replica of a weapon from us you understand that Mestre d’Armas does not warrant that you may legally purchase, possess, or carry weapons of any description according to any state or local laws. You also acknowledge that you have determined their legality before purchasing and that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age and under no legal disability.

Note: Mestre d’Armas does not sell sharp weapons; these are part of special orders in which the purchaser (more than 18 years old) writes a document with this register. Swords and weapons are not considered toys. Its use requires trainings and the supervision of a qualified professional or an instructor. Its use for any another function (for example to cut trees in the garden, etc.), can result in serious wounds for the user and damages for the instrument, not being enclosed for the guarantee.  If you are not qualified, DO NOT try to use these instruments before acquiring qualified instruction to guarantee your and others safety.

When acquiring these instruments, you certify that you are an adult and that you assume the responsibilities for your acts, liberating Mestre d’Armas of any legal responsibility. All weapons can wound, mutilate or kill people (that is they originally purpose). The armor by itself, cannot guarantee the safety, but your acts can.
